Welcome to a messaging technique that I have coined the Powerbite.

Think of the Powerbite as a hammer – an aggressive, no-fooling-around tool for driving your message home with a few sharp, precisely-aimed blows. The Powerbite responds to the part of your listener’s mind that demands, “Prove it – and make it snappy.

You’re probably familiar with the “elevator pitch,” an introduction or promotional spiel that’s so brief it can be delivered during an elevator ride. At its base, the Powerbite is the “elevator pitch,” a concise, high-impact speech delivered between the first and fifth floors. But the real beauty of the Powerbite is its versatility as a template for persuasions of any length or purpose.
